ABOUT TRIBAL JEWELRY: You will find that Tribal Jewelry styles and patterns are unique to specific geographic areas. Handcrafted Tribal Jewelry is rarely uniformly shaped or exactly symmetrical such as with machine crafted jewelry, and may often have missing pieces, wear patterns, or debris. Many of these pieces have traveled around the world from village to village, and generation to generation and these irregularities are part of that charm and heritage. We sell our old tribal pieces with the patina (if any) intact, since collectors value it so highly. Patina can usually be easily removed with a mild jewelry cleaner, if desired.

Your order will be shipped as soon as your check clears. If Check is not received within 14 days from date of purchase, the order will be cancelled.
If you get a Card Declined message: Sometimes credit cards are declined for no apparent reason. Credit Cards sometimes get declined when the address or phone number submitted during Checkout differs from those on file with your Credit Card company. If this happens, you can always use your PayPal or Google Checkout Accounts by clicking on the link below the your Shopping Cart list on the homepage. Because PayPal and Google have already verified your account, these transactions are rarely declined. If you prefer, you can also pay by check made out to Tribal Muse in US Dollars (sorry, we can't accept foreign currency), mailed to TRIBAL MUSE, Attn: A. Litton, 13-B Chase Lane, Lakewood, WA 98498. Your order will be shipped immediately upon check clearance.
LAY AWAY: If you see an item on our website that you would like to put on Lay Away (On Hold), please email us at
service@tribalmuse.com with the item number or description and we'll put it ON HOLD for you for 30 days without a fee of any kind. If you want us to hold it longer than 30 days, we can keep it ON HOLD for an another 60 days with a 25% down payment (If you change your mind and decide not to purchase during this 60 day period, your down payment will be refunded in full, minus a $5 restocking fee (since the item you selected will not be available for sale to others while it is ON HOLD for you).
SHIPPING:
We make every effort to get your items to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. We ship Worldwide by US Posal Service (USPS) two times a week from USA (Seattle, WA). Shipping charges are calculated by package size, weight, and destination. Combined shipping and flat rate shipping is also available.
United Parcel Service (UPS) is also an excellent choice for shipping, although it is usually more expensive than using the postal service. For the cost, UPS usually has quicker service than the post office, along with detailed tracking and safe delivery of your items to your door. Please email us

The postal service requires First Class International Registered Mail for International shipments This will be automatically calculated in the shipping costs at checkout for all International Customers. Please see the USPS

We ship items Internationally 2 times a week from Seattle, WA - USA. Please be aware that your country's customs officials may hold parcels for several days, or sometimes even for weeks before clearing them for delivery to you. Unfortunately, we have no control over your country's customs office, but we do provide you with tracking numbers whenever possible so you will know when your package has been sent to your country. Most packages arrive quickly within a few days; however items that were made in countries of current unrest may experience longer delays when clearing customs, sometimes up to several weeks.

RETURNS: We make every effort to assure top quality and satisfaction with all your purchases. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items within 30 days from the invoice purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). Refunds are credited back to the account you used for purchase, after we have received the item(s) back in the same condition as sent and without any odors (such as perfume, smoke, etc.).
