Antique Turkman Bukau Torc Necklace - Old Tribal  Jewelry Handcrafted

 This antique Turkman Torc Buqaw Necklace was handcrafted by tribal artisans more than 100 years ago in Goldwash (gilded) Silver and Carnelians. It has delicately incised tribal designs along its entire circumference that are highllighted by the gold gilding. The 5 vibrantly red large carnelians are set in raised silver bezels and in perfect condition. The Necklace, also called a Bukau (Buqaw) or Neck Ring, has a slide hinge on the right-front allowing it to be put on and taken off easily (see images). This is an exquisite piece of historic tribal jewelry rich with patina and heritage. Collectible, Museum Quality.
