Turkmen Tribal Vintage Dress Tunic with Traditional Embroidery
Traditional Turkmen Tribal Tunic classic red with yellow and black strip accents from Afghanistan. Embroidery around collar and neck opening. The red color is that of pomegranat skin, a fruit that is the cuisine mainstay. Decorative embroidery is not only beautiful but believed to protect the wearer from harm. Excellent condition with small tear at back hem (please see images).
