This rich Sapphire-Blue Women's Vintage Chapan Coat was handcrafted in Afghanistan in the Traditional Tribal Style. It is handmade of dense Blue Wool, with traditional Afghani hand-sewn embroidery along all edges, including along the hem, the front, the collar, the sleeves and on the 2 pockets. It is fully lined with the classic exhuberant floral pattern...these bright floral linings are the hallmark of Afghani Tribal Chapan as a Russian Textile influence from long ago.
