Stunning Large Kazakh Turkmen Tribal Jewelry Earrings in High Quality Silver and Carnelian
These gorgeous large Kazakh Tribal Earrings were handcrafted by Turkmen Tribal Jewelry artisans living along the Afghan border. They are made of high quality Silver using the granulation technique to create the repeating triangle pattern so typical of Tribal Kazakh Jewelry.
The amazing silverwork culminates in an ornate upper portion with a "rams horns" motif - a highly revered symbol often found in traditional jewelry, rugs, and textiles from this region. Vibrant red carnelian tear-drop beads are set in raised silver bezels in the center of each earring.
