Old Tribal Turkoman Silver Pendant with Gold Wash and Carnelian - Collectible Amulet
This Collectible Pendant Amulet is a classic piece of fine Old Tribal Turkoman Jewelry. It was handcrafted in the 1900's by tribal artisans in gold washed (gilding) silver. The gold guilding highlights the stylized bird and flame designs that were carefully incised into the silver by the artist. It's animal shape serves to protect the wearer, and the rich red carnelians serve to invigorate the spirit. This 3-dimenstional amulet also has a sacred space formed by a 3/8 inch silver band connecting and separating the front and back surfaces. This secret space holds and strengthens the wearers most precious desires, wishes, and prayers.
