The images are of 7 sisters (or mothers) standing with their arms around each other alongside an 8th figure which is Shiva, their protector. The 7 sisters are believed to represent the equivalent of mother nature, and symbolize the kindness in the human heart. Legend has it that the Pleiades Constellation contains the 7 sisters and their protector looking down from the heavens as shining stars.
