The natural Tibetan Turquoise stone has a deep true color with a classic matrix - a webbed pattern found in fine Turquoise from this region. The silverwork on front depicts lotus blossoms and buds, one pointing up and one pointing down symbolizing blessings to the wearer for both day and night. The decorative silver setting consists of repeating leaves that represent a close connnection to nature. Style A has a stylized Partridge sitting among sacred tail scrolls (makara). The Patridge is the most revered of the "Four Friends" (elephant, monkey, hare, and partidge) believed to symbolize both harmony and the Buddha himself.

 

Style B has a finely detailed dragon - the Guardian of the 4 directions. The dragon is also considered to be a "shape shifter" able to appear whenever needed and in whatever form necessary to protect the wearer.
