A classically chunky ethnic necklace handmade of stablized turquoise and red coral. Some irregularities in stones, so price is reduced. Note, however, that large red coral beads almost always has inclusions, or blackened areas somewhere on the bead...this is often the hallmark of authentic coral. Coral is a natural composition of Calcium deposited by the seacreatures. When the coral deposits get large, small areas of irregular growth or erosion occur, resulting in the darkened areas known as "inclusions." See photos for close ups.
