This gorgeous Lapis Lazuli Turkmen Necklace was handcrafted by Afghan Tribal Jewellery artisans. A contemporary piece, it captures the essence of ancient Tribal Jewelry tradtions. The large central pendant is made in warm-colored brass, using Khazaki Turkmen tribal motifs, such as seen in the repeating triangle shapes in the metalwork. The Lapis Lazuli stones are rich blue...the color of the  night sky. Many consider Afghan Lapis Lazuli to be the most highly prized Lapis in the world. Beautiful piece.
